The selection is good but on about half the tracts the vocal component is so distant I can't even hear it.If you want to hear them sing don't buy this cd. I am really disappointed in this cd.
Nearly every song brings back wonderful memories of childhood. Simon and Garfunkel are a true classic duo. The sounds on this CD are heavenly.
The songs were amazing; I felt like I was in a high quality movie theatre while driving down the road. I was surprised at the quality of the tracks. It didn't have the feel of an old studio, even though I am sure it was recorded decades ago.
This is real music that I have enjoyed since it was released. It was wonderful to see these guys back on stage together after all that they went through in their earlier years.
Even though this may not have all the songs you would want from S&G, it is stil a great addition to your music on the go. I never much cared for the "Best of" collections but then along came the IPOD.
This is a good solid recording form one of America's premier folk duets. The technical perfection that this duet achieved in their music speaks volumns about their musical talant.
Bgroovy2 is feelin groovy. It may not have all the songs you would expect it to have but it is a good collection none the less.
Is there anything to compare to this in the current music sceen; not that I know of.
After hearing it, I had to get the cd.If you like Simon and Garfunkel.you will love this cd. I listened to Dangling Conversations which I just loved while on a road trip. I really enjoyed this cd. I have a greatest hits cd by them, but this one is much better.
